Glo kids is the name given to all of the children’s work at Global Generation Church. It’s aimed for children who are in Primary school and looks to give children the opportunity to have an exciting, dynamic and passionate relationship with Christ (approx 5-11). Not only do Glo Kids have their own Sunday gathering, they also have Soul-Groups, Cinema trips, Bike rides, and loads of other fun activities for children to get involved with that run throughout the year.
Glo kids has got its own special characters, Videos, News updates, games, prizes, teachings – the list is endless! (I know it sounds good parents, but unfortunately we’re too old!) The meetings take place alongside the adults meeting, starting in the main venue, before moving into their very own venue and then finishing Glo Kids at 11:45.
There are Soul Groups too that are designed to interact and build community for the children among their own peers. They can eat together, pray for each other and generally encourage each other amongst their walk with God so that they can support themselves and each other as much as possible within their faith.

Glo Kids is for primary school aged children which runs during the Global Generation Church service. There are two groups both with an hour long programme.
J.A.M. [Jesus and Me]_
For infant school aged children. An interactive programme which includes puppets, songs, games, craft activites and stories from the Bible.
IGNITE_
For junior school aged children. A multimedia programme for children to explore the Bible and find out more about a God who loves and cares for them.
The last few months of 2010 were really good for Glo Kids, with the launch of Jam and Ignite in September; which has been really good in separating the way we teach the bible and Jesus to different age groups. It seems to have had a really good effect in better engaging the older Glo Kids as well as the younger ones. December also saw our Glo Kids’ Christmas party! This was a great few hours of learning the real meaning of Christmas, getting a present from Santa, eating food together and just having fun! The next few months will see a lot going on in the life of Glo Kids. January sees the re-launch of our Glo kids Soul Groups, which will take place bi-monthly and give the kids a chance to eat together and learn more about God in an after-school environment. The first of these will be on the 16th January and is a great way for the Kids to build up their own community within Glo Kids.
The New Year also sees bi-monthly socials within Glo Kids with the first on the 5th February, designed as an event that the kids can bring friends along to, to grow their community, as well as giving them the opportunity to share their faith with their friends in a safe environment.
