WHAT IS WORSHIP COMMUNITY_

This is the all new Worship Community for the new GGC website! Worship is an integral part of our lives as Christians and the way in which we interact with God. As a church we believe that God honouring, heartfelt worship comes from a place of true community, so we wanted to build a place where you would be able to come and access all that you need to enjoy worship and worshipping God as much as possible.
If you want CD reviews, Song words, Band information or anything else you can think of that would come under the category of Worship, then this is a place where you can bring that all together, and then interact with other people in the church, so that worship can grow and turn into something where we all feel like we’re able to worship together as one bride of Christ. So lets experiment with new sounds and instruments, lets go for the obscure worship songs, undignified dancing and times of silence during worship......Lets be a Worship Community!
We have a Worship Community Gathering four times a year, where everyone who's currently involved in worship, sound and visuals, are would like to get invovled, gets together to be church together. We worship, experience quality teaching and of course some quality food! The idea is to hang out together, to grow in our walk with Jesus and to overall just have a good time. The next gathering is Thursday 26th May, 7pm, at the GGC centre.
Worship Lounge Is All About Training, Equipping And Facilitating Worship Within GGC.
We’re passionate about training our team both spiritually and practically, and endeavour to see the worship life of the church grow. We believe that God honouring, heartfelt worship comes from a place of true community. Worship lounge provides an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds in GGC to dip their toes in the water of worship and see if it’s right for them. We have now had five worship lounge sessions and it has been great to see some new faces and instruments.
It has been really exciting to see the worship lounge grow and we want to encourage people that it is a safe environment to learn and query whether being part of the worship team is for them.
